ARCHITECTURE:

This is a 4 BHK bungalow having about 5600 sft construction area located in Nadiad, Gujarat. Plot area is 6900 sft. The bungalow has been designed in such an way that ample day lighting and good air circulation can be utilized to make it more pleasant to live in.  It has 2 cars covered parking with servant quarter on back side. There are 2 wast garden spaces for outdoor gathering and family functions. It has small gymnasium space on terrace.

This is proposed 4 BHK residential scheme. Each unit has 925 sft plot area. Ground floor has big living room, kitchen, dining, small puja space, 1 bedroom and 1 semi-covered parking space. Upper floor is having 3 bedrooms with attached toilets and small balcony on front side. All exterior views for each duplex will have different looks, but still with some similarities like colour, architectural elements etc.
